HI ALL:
I been following an interesting development on another listserver. The
Texas ornithological Society has stopped publishing its TEXAS BIRDS
magazine due to a lack of funds (memberships). So I was wondering how WOS
membership level is (rising, declining, or flat)? This could happen here!
