Speaking of unpredictable creatures, a sea lion was
found wandering near a highway in Los Banos,
California (in the Central Valley) yesterday. Some
great photo's of him and the highway patrol car he
hauled up on can be found on the web. It was well
over 50 miles inland! He was rescued and will be
returned to the sea.
