Tweeters,
Clear day, which at this time of day at this time of year means a lot of glare off the river when I look to the south. (I'm complaining about sunshine???) The view to the west is obscured by the huge barge associated with the dredging operation at Turning Basin #3. Note: I've seen the PEREGRINE FALCON on the east power tower each day for the past week, but it hasn't been there during my reporting timeframe.

Birds seen during this scan include the following:
Canada Goose (4; flybys of 2 each)
Gadwall (2; I've seen a pair for >week at nearly the same area on the west bank, just to the south of the power substation)
Common Goldeneye
Double-crested Cormorant (2)
Mew Gull (6)
Glaucous-winged Gull (17)
Rock Pigeon (31)
Belted Kingfisher
American Crow (11)
Black-capped Chickadee (2)
Bewick's Wren (2)
House Sparrow (2)

May all your birds be identified,

Denis DeSilvis
