Yes, let's...

I thought I'd add that both King and Snohomish counties received thousands
of dead bird reports, and since WNV did NOT affect bird populations in
2003 we have a great baseline to compare this year's reports to. So call
your county health agency when you spot dead birds (probably starting in
March or April).
