Hello All,
Today we birded at Hood Park and failed to relocate the sapsucker after 1.5 hrs of searching along with Ginger and Rodger Shoemake. We did locate a roosting N.Saw-whet Owl and a Hairy Woodpecker. After leaving Hood Park we found an adult Peregrine Falcon perched on the granary across from Hood Park in Franklin Co.. Also spotted 31 Bald Eagles between Hood Park and the WWRdelta. This evening on the Walla Walla River delta MerryLynn discovered 2 Mew Gulls and a second winter Glaucous Gull along with 71 Dunlin, plus 5000 other gulls. Cool and rainy here.
Later Mike
