Here on my street in the Central District - 27th Ave one block W of MLK -
we have an invasion of seagulls. They are perching on any chimneys/vents
from which heat/steam is rising. Also, the crows have gone straight to
the rooves whose snow has already melted ( = poor insulation) and are
perched up there like 4 and 20 blackbirds. Robins cleaned my pyracanthus,
which they often eat closer to Christmastime.
