The DOT has plans to "discourage" Pelagic Cormorants from nesting this year
under the Warren Ave bridge in Bremerton. Apparently they're going to use
lights and noisemakers to try to chase the birds away so they can do some
bridge maintenance (painting).

Wouldn't you think this'd affect the peregrines who nest/roost there too??

Am not sure what if anything can be done to "discourage" DOT at this point.
Any ideas?
