Dear Tweeters,

We went again to the coast but to Ocean Shores.I will write the latest news about the Pink-footed Geese up before Patrick write our sightings up.As we looked this morning real early we saw the small group of Canada ,maybe only 15 at the most and only one Pink-footed and one Greater White -fronted Geese.this two Geese been always together since we first discovered the on the 2nd of November. When one walked away or move or flying of there did it all together. This Geese was so close to the little Pump house that I could not resist to taken close photos.I noticed that the Pink-footed been gaining a lot of weight as she slowly moved away.I been extra lucky and thankful of all the information I gathered from one of our most knowledge birders about this two geese,But maybe I will share this later with you all.
So we parted company and we wanted and had one of our better days in birding, but my thoughts always was with this Geese, what could happen with the other two? Did they already start migrating there been very few Canada Geese left and than I think about the Ross Geese in Nisqually who are no longer been sighted. As we finished in Ocean Shores we went again and see if this Geese returned. But there was more surprise there where no geese at all.
So please if any of you going again and you all been so wonderful to write when you seeing this geese please let us know.more later.

Cheers,

Ruth Sullivan
