around 10:00 and is still present out in the bay. It is currently 1:50

January 17, 4:58 PM - This is Brad Waggoner (206-780 9581). Just giving
the update on the GREATER BLACK-BACKED GULL. It was relocated again
today around 1:00 PM at the mouth of the Cedar River and observed by
20-30 plus birders. I just wanted to let people know that it was seen
