While visiting on the water near Bremerton last weekend I spied a tree with two large light colored birds sitting in the tallest branches.

My immediate thought was "Ospry! Two ospry!"

I pulled out the binocs from my husband's car and focused on the tree.

It was actually two gulls sitting on the tall branches. I thought gulls liked flat places to sit. Do they perch on branches very often.
