Dear Tweets,

As part of the Tweeters posting guidelines a signature block is requested
of all subscribers when sending a message to our list. This block should
include your full name, geographic location, and email address with a
"mailto:" in front of it. For example :
Jesse Birder
Washougal, WA
mailto:jesseb at mist.net

Most mailers have a feature that lets you create this block so that you
don't have to type it each time. Or you may be able to import it as a
test file and paste it in to your message.
