Wow! It's gorgeous out today. Unfortunately, the dredging started again today immediately downstream of Turning Basin #3, so it was quite noisy. I did manage to hear three SONG SPARROWS singing (two close by (also visuals), and one across the river to the south).

Note: The BALD EAGLE again was perched for at least two hours atop the light pole in the parking lot to the southeast of my position (8:30am-10:30am). This pole, with four large area-illuminating lights attached to the crossbars, is on the west bank of the Duwamish just past where it bends and straightens out of Turning Basin #3.

Mew Gull (4; almost never see these unless the mudbank to the south is above or just under water)
