The osprey at the Hoquiam STP has fledged...about June 25th, maybe a bit
earlier.

The single bird I saw standing in the nest at Vance Creek County Park in
Elma on June 23rd took off flying after an adult carrying a fish, soon
joined by a third (adult) bird. I thought at the time these were three
adults, but the one returned to the nest and the adult carrying the fish
dropped it off there for what I assume now was the young osprey.
