A male American Redstart has been singing and actively foraging in brush next to the airport on Vashon Island. It has been hanging out on the northeast side of the runway. If going to view the bird, stay out of the runway to avoid disrupting the airport activity. It isn't very busy but the planes can be hard to hear as they come in for landing.
