The moderator originally had to ban some topics because people couldn't
express their off topic opinions in private emails. That's still true.

Yes, I can delete or ignore people who I don't want to read, but they
are still taking up bandwidth and time.

I saw the post about a Redstart in Vashon. That caught my attention.
But the majority of posts in that day's digest were expressing opinions
pro and con on about other things.
Interesting, yes! but not on Tweeters!

What topics should be banned, what should be allowed?
I leave that up to the moderator. It's not my show, I'm proud to
be a part of it, and try to play be the rules.
When I don't like the rules, I take my game somewhere else.

I'm trying to learn about birds. Yes, there are beer drinking side
issues.
I take them to the local pub, you can meet tweeter there too.

I want to know more about that redstart. That's an interesting sighting!
