I am full of questions these days! This is the first nesting season in
my house in Snohomish and it is fun but generates many questions.

I normally have a pair of Pileated Woodpeckers around. When we moved
into the house last August they had two fledglings with them. Starting
in late May I only ever saw one of them at a time but still heard a lot
of calling between the pair. For the past several weeks I have not
heard any calling at all. If they are on a nest with young to feed will
the calling cease until the young fledge? Thanks!
