The Protection Island Sail on July 10, 2004. Light wind and sightings
were as follows:
Common Loon, Double Crested Cormorant, Pelagic Cormorant, Great Blue
Heron, White Wing scoter, Harlequin Duck, Killdeer, Heerman's Gull,
Glaucous Wing Gull, Pigeon Guillemot, Marbled Murrelet, Rhinoceros
auklet, Tufted Puffin (approximately 8), 24 Bald Eagles, Rock Dove,
Starling. Harbor Seal and Elephant Seal were also seen.

Wildlife Refuge, sign up for one of the Puffin cruises: July 17, 24, 31,
