Hello Ian and others,
A good fiction title by an author who knows birding is "The Case of
the Hook-Billed Kites" by J. S. Borthwick published in 1982. The cover of
the Penguin edition states "A deadly combination of birds, beasts and bad
blood breeds a murder on a Texas wildlife refuge", and "It was truly a case
of murder most fowl...when a handsome young man is found strangled with his
own binocular strap.."

HI:
I was wondering if there are any good titles for fiction related to
birding? For some reason Birding/Birders usually doesn't translate well
into fiction.
