When in doubt, ask Tweeters!

I was up at the Hurricane Ridge Visitors Center on Sunday, walking on one of the loop trails when I spied what looked like the VERY BIRD that David Sibley used to paint the immature Orange-crowned Warbler. Now I've taken the Audubon intermediate birding class more than once, so I know that 5230 feet is higher than 3000 feet. So what did I see? An Orange-crowned with thin oxygen in its blood, or an immature Wilson's perhaps?

I did note very pale yellow wing bars and a slight dark eye line. The bird was overall a drab yellow-olive, with the wings slightly darker than the body.

Can an Orange-crowned get that "high"?
