A Macro view:
At least 50 Blue Herons at low tide near Astoria-Warrington Bridge.
South Jetty a happening, with multitudes of Caspian Terns, Brown
Pelican, and varieties of Cormorants, none who appeared common! The
swallows beneath the observation deck ,actively feeding added to the
over all sensory overload. Incredible
to experience such diversity. No Sea Lion haul outs Mike, but didn't
feel cheated. Touristos, a rarity at that early hour. Damn, what a
magnificent place to live!
