I think I'm a bit off-topic but I drove I-84 from Portland to LaGrande and back
last week and saw White Pelicans in the Columbia at a number of places. Now,
I wish I had written down where I had seen them.... or, at least,the furthest
downstream on the Columbia. It seems like the first ones I was were well below
The Dalles. Does anyone pay attention to how far down the Columbia they
regulary range?
