Jack,

I confess, it is me of whom you speak. I am quite sure that I went on 15 excursions trying to find a White-tailed Ptarmigan in Washington before succeeding. I have added another unsuccessful trip to my list, making me 1-16, which is about equal to the Mariners record in their last 17 games on the road.
