This individual, a male, was collected in Seattle on 27 May 1894. The
specimen is in the Burke Museum (#20483), where it was studied by members of
the Washington Bird Records Committee about ten years ago. The Committee
accepted it as a valid record. The published report: Tweit, B., and J.
Skriletz. 1996. Second Report of the Washington Bird Records Committee.
Washington Birds 5:7-28.
