Leaving work on Thursday, I noticed that a male robin was inside the 5-story atrium of my building on the Seattle University campus. At my request, a colleague contacted the landscape office and I was hoping they would take care of it via a very long net or something. But when I was there today, I saw the bird still flying around. The atrium has a big curved wall of floor-to-ceiling windows (5 stories high, as I said), and the windows cannot be darkened. There are two glass doors on the ground floor.
So, how do we/I entice the robin out? Should we leave goodies (what kind?) on the floor by the doors and leave the doors open? I doubt if it's possible to leave them open overnight, for security reasons.
Any help would be very welcome!!
