Mike:

As a runny nose kid in the 1920's living in the city of Milwaukee,
Wisconsin, I remember well the Nighthawks flying around, especially in the
evenings, and calling beep-beep, beep-beep. A sound I never forgot. And
that was almost in the middle of a big city. Sounded like a horn used on
some makes of cars. Beep-beep, beep-beep..
