I'll let the experts decide, but besides all the wonderful variety that occurs in Red Tails, Ferruginous Hawk also comes to mind.

It is a unique looking bird. It reminds me of what somebody once told me, "If you see a buteo that you can't identify it's probably a Red-tailed. but this bird doesn't quite look like a red-tailed but I can't say what it does look like. I will be interested in the suggestions.
