A couple ideas occur to me: 1) If State wildlife agencies have any
jurisdiction, it might be worthwhile to contact the agency local to
the seller.

2) It might be a good idea to contact the bidders and let them know
about the legal issues, though that could be a rather massive
undertakeing, depending on how many bidders there are.

If USWF were really interested, you would think it would be trivially
easy to deal with this. Official contact from USFW to eBay regarding
the illegality of these sales would get their attention in a hurry.
But, I guess nothing is that easy in the world of gov't bureaucracy.
