The latest very-good deal on good Motorola FRS Radios is at Best Buy.
I have lost the flyer that came out on Sunday, but I bought some at
our local Best Buy, a huge electonics store. Our closest one is
located on Southcenter Parkway on the east side of the light across
the street from Border's Books. Here are the particulars:
Motorola T5620 Talkabouts. FRS/GMRS 22 channels, w/ 38 codes for each
channel. $26.99 per PAIR! plus 8.8% tax. Such a deal. You can
disable the roger beep.
The flyer came out on Sunday, Feb 29 so I assume the ad is good until
Sat Mar 6. But I could be mistaken about this cutoff date? I have no
connection to Best Buy, (but do apparently have a jones for FRS
radios). ;-)
