Might GHOs be spooked by visits to their nest tree?

I walk by a GHO nest tree once a day or so. A GHO (dad, I guess) is usually
hanging around there or nearby.

Might the owls be spooked by this? I'm thinking not, since the bird doesn't
seem at all concerned and BNA says GHOs are very tolerant of visitors to the
nest. (In this case, there is no development near the tree; nest is maybe
40-50 feet high.) Wanted to get more experienced opinions than mine, though.
