Hello everyone,

Today on the Evergreen campus, I noticed a very light colored bird in with a
flock of American Robins. At first I thought it was a mourning dove but I
quickly realized that it was a cream colored American Robin! It was not an albino
because it had a light red breast and dark eyes. However, it's legs and feet
were very light. I watched it for a while, wishing I had my camera.
I've never seen anything like it and I can't find any pictures on the
internet that look like the bird I saw. Most of the pictures are of albino robins.
Has anyone seen a robin like this before?

Also, for anyone wondering, the banded raven I saw a few weeks ago in the Hoh
rain forest was banded by Dr. John Marzluff. Bill Webb is currently working
on the project and told me he would let me know if he found out any details
about the bird.
