Low water level usually means more mud and more MEW GULLS: 28 were congregated on the shore opposite my vantage point; the most I've seen this year. A bright CALIFORNIA GULL took a bath near the goose-exclusion area. Otherwise, just another cool (very), cloudy day at Turning Basin #3.
