How can anybody get used to this?

If you are to write or do something about this Mike, let me know what or =
who
I can throttle! Phone, write, anything?

Seems Mike that you have taken the wrong end of the stick here (and quite
rightly so), I was NOT referring to you when I made that statement, telling
stories, I was referring to someone that I could not remember the name who
disputed gulls NOT protected, if you recall, I sent an e-mail to the group
and yourself saying lets do something about this! Why would I then turn
against you? I do not know you from a bar of soap mate; I thought I was
going crazy just!! I believe you were telling the truth about the gull
situation, I just went back over the e-mails and it was YOU who posted the
message, for this I apologize for all this crap that has surfaced, when I
read "what ever" I thought you were the guy who said the birds were not
protected and could shoot what the hell they wanted.
I am sorry for the misinterpretation and discredit I may have done to you; I
now have a huge amount of egg on my face :(

If there is some sort of bird hit squad, evidently not. I got an email
answer back today from a Sgt. Ken Jundt at the regional WA Dept. of Fish
and Wildlife for the area. His response was rather terse, so here it is
in full: "The report you received is not true. Gulls are a protected
species and it would be unlawful to shoot them."
