On March 7, Wayne Heinz and Lucie Fritz observed a EURASIAN WIGEON at
Leslie Groves Park in Richland.

There was a GREEN-WINGED TEAL of the Eurasian subspecies at the Yakima
Delta on March 8 reported by Nancy LaFramboise.

Laurie Ness found a SAY'S PHOEBE near the intersection of Broadmoor and
Buckingham in Pasco on March 8.

Also on March 8, Wayne Heinz reported a WESTERN SCREECH-OWL in his West
Richland yard where they nest.

Three sightings of WESTERN BLUEBIRDS were reported. Dennis Rockwell had 3
in his Finley yard on March 9. Also on March 9, Nancy LaFramboise saw 2 on
Bateman Island. Penny Lane reported 6 in her Kennewick yard on March 11.

On March 12, Bob Woodley reported the first returning CINNAMON TEAL and
AMERICAN AVOCET at the Yakima Delta where one of each were present.
