While driving back to BC from Oregon, I saw two CLIFF SWALLOWS flying near
the overpass of Hwy 395 and 17 near Othello on the 17th. I'm not sure if
that's an early record for the area, but I don't recall anyone else
mentioning CLSW yet for the spring.
