With due respect to Mike, I beg to differ regarding Mike's ID of the feathers. They are from a Mourning Dove.

It's a Blue Jay, mostly secondaries from the right wing.

There aren't that many blue birds to choose from. The
feather shape and white tips get you to what part of
the bird they came from.
