Saturday at Fort Flagler one Rufous Hummingbird and two Violet-green
Swallows. Also three Harlequin Ducks (2 male, one female) at 30 feet posing in perfect
morning sunshine.

This morning over the back yard four crows mobbing an Osprey.

This afternoon in Seward Park a single Rufous Hummingbird investigating a
clump of red huckleberry bushes.

Life is good.
