Greetings!

In areas where both species nest, rest, or otherwise share space it's always interesting to watch a member of either species as it will often produce an interaction from an as yet unseen member of the other. The observation of kleptoparasitism by adult BAEA upon Osprey is quite often a method to detect a possible nest location of the BAEA.

Additionally an adult Osprey can generally have its way with a subadult BAEA. I've seen numerous times when an adult Osprey will harry a subadult & even occasionally a full adult BAEA from hiding perch to hiding perch to the point of the BAEA actually fleeing the area.

Cheers!
