Can anyone tell me what the status is of this year's parking permits at
State Fish & Wildlife areas? Last year I was able to make a donation to a
state conservation fund and get a parking permit without feeding my Social
Security number into a data base. Does anyone know if this is still the
deal with the Watchable Wildlife program? I can't tell from the web site
whether we still get parking permits for making charitable donations.

I may be a privacy freak but I just can't bring myself to provide SSN data
in order to get a parking permit. We don't have to provide that information
to get a state parks parking permit so I just can't figure out why I should
provide that information to get a parking permit for game sites. Thanks for
any information.
