Subject: 12 Western Tanagers - bird blind still available

This morning a flock of about 12 WESTERN TANAGERS were feeding in the trees
visible from the luxury bird-blind on the shy 1/2 acre on Puget Ridge in
bird infested West Seattle. Other than one WILSON'S WARBLER, the warblers
were largely ignored in favor of the Tanagers. The spacious, open, 3 bed, 2
bath bird-blind home on the almost 1/2 an acre that comes with it is still
available and is an easy 15 minutes to downtown by bus or car. It has
excellent views of wooded and edge habitat from: the large gourmet kitchen
with dining area; the attached deck; the open, high ceiling (knotty pine)
living room with fireplace; the bedroom; den; or family room. The rich
throaty calls of PURPLE MARTINS flying above will be heard all summer and
the EAGLES and OSPREY fly over every day.
