Hello Tweeters,
I am brand new to bird watching. before I began this spring all I could
Identify was a robin and a stellar jay. I have always been interested in
bird watching but never thought I had the time. I realized 10 years after I
first thought about starting that I might not ever have the time so I might
as well start now.
I was thrilled beyond measure to identify my first bird using my Audobon
guide. It was a green winged teal at Edmonds marsh.
Well any way on to the reason for my post.
This weekend my husband and I will be in Mossyrock for a PT Cruiser car show
(Our other Hobby). I am planning on going to Nisqually wild life refuge on
Sunday morning. I was wondering where the best places to see birds are and
what are the most common birds seen there lately? I am hoping to look them
up in the guides before I go so I will have at least a chance of knowing
what they are when I see them. Also are there any other intersting spots
near Mossyrock?
