Mon 5/10 5:54pm Hello this is Russ Copendryer. On Sat 5/8 I had a colony of 30 BANK SWALLOWS that was new to me. This is just out to Castle Rock. The directions would be to exit I5 on exit 48 and go west on Huntington Ave for 3 /4 mile. There's a little Lions Club park on the left with restrooms and covered picnic tables and a huge parking lot just south of this park. The swallows are nesting in the bank just off this parking lot.

Tuesday 5/11 6:50pm This is Michael Fleming 206 297 3234. Went birding this last weekend may 8, Sat, along with Vicki King to the Cannon Recreation Area along the Yakima River. Highlights included a pair of PRAIRIE FALCONS, some LAZULI BUNTINGS, a YELLOW BREASTED CHAT, and a COOPERS HAWK.

Wed 5/12 12:32pm Hi this is Tom Aversa, birding today in Snoqualmie Valley. There were a couple of WESTERN KINGBIRDS near Sykes Lake in Carnation Farms. Also a little further north in Tualaco Valley in Tualaco at Tualaco Loop Road, there's a little wet spot in the field; there was a SOLITARY SANDPIPER there.
