I just returned from a few days in NYC and had the thrill of seeing Pale
Male and family in person. The story by Marie Winn, "Red-Tails in Love"
talks about Pale Male first appearing in Central Park in 1991. That makes
him at least 14 years old! Which leads me to ask, how long do RTHA's live
in the wild?
