There was another sick duck at Montlake Fill yesterday - a female
mallard showing signs of paralysis in her legs - though not as bad as
the male gadwall last week. I also heard that somebody from UW Zoology
found a number of dead starlings at a pond in Seattle - not sure of the
location.

Botulism or the first signs of West Nile Virus ? - a thought brought
on by the number of mosquitoes now buzzing around the central pond at
Montlake Fill.

Anybody heard anything new ?
