Make every Garden a wildlife Habitat!

When the animals come to us,
Asking for our help,
Will we know what they are saying?

When the plants speak to us
In their delicate, beautiful language,
Will we be able to answer them?

When the planet herself
Sings to us in our dreams,
Will we be able to wake ourselves, and act?

Once upon a time, we on Tweeters were occasionally plagued with "the dreaded
cat thread." Then Dan Victor quite properly put his foot down. If you
consult Tweeters guidelines, which you should have received when you signed
on, you'll see that postings having to do with hunting and with cats are
prohibited on this list. These items may be important in the overall
conservation picture, but the postings tend to add nothing but heat and
angry replies to one another. So when you get mad at a hunter, go watch a
bird. If your neighbor's cat is out prowling, please say something about
it, but please don't tell the rest of us about it. Okay?
