We spent the day (8 AM to 5:30 PM) in the mixed clouds and rain birding in the Fort Lewis area "doing" the Tahoma Audubon Birdathon today. As usual we had a good but wet time. We covered the following areas and more: Spanaway Loop Road, Spanaway Marsh, 13 Division Prairie, Johnson's Marsh, Chamber's Lake, plus many other stops. We learned some new birding sites. Now if I can just remember where they are..............
