I also feel they have excellent service; with a caveat however. I was
looking for Swaro 8.5 x 42 ELs and was told they had one in stock. I came
up from Redmond after work to look at it and was told I couldn't purchase it
if I wanted to... it was a "demo" model. Long drive for, well, a look
through demo glass. The sales representative was knowledgeable enough, but
it did seem in general that the staff was preoccupied by their website
business and were a little too busy for the walk-ins.

I must mention that I absolutely LOVE my ELs (purchased them that same day
at the Swarovski store in Bellevue Square for slightly less than advertised
at AT&WB). They are extremely lightweight, I feel the 8.5 is for me a nice
compromise between the 8's and 10's.
