Thank you all for your comments on this subject. I honestly want to
hear both good and bad so that we can improve. I do apologize if anyone is
not greeted as soon as they come in the door and if they leave before their
questions are answered.
I would like to comment on our mail order business and how it
affects our showroom. If we did not have the mail order business, we would
not be able to offer such a broad selection for our showroom customers to
try out. We care about and appreciate all of our customers, sometimes our
entire sales staff is on the phone with our mail order customers or we don't
have enough people free to handle everyone that is in the showroom at that
time but we do make every effort to make contact with each customer. Thank
you for time and input.
