My wife and son went with me for a quick tour of the Yakima Canyon, Umptanum Creek area, and the Wenas Road. We found Bullock's orioles, lazuli bunting, chats, warblers, and bluebirds, primarily. And a rattlesnake.

On Monday, I joined a group from the Audubon campout on a tour of Hardy Canyon in the Wenas area. We found many flycatchers, orioles, a chat, bluebirds, goldfinch, grosbeaks, and many other birds. We also found a rattlesnake. Apparently, it was a rattler weekend.
