Yesterday morning on the way to Yakima I saw the usual abundance if Common Ravens on the Wahluke Slope, probably 150+ along SR 24. Before leaving Adams County at MP 66 a Prairie Falcon flew across the highway. In Yakima County at MP 26 a Northern Goshawk was racing over very open country, and at MP 21 another Prairie Falcon flew over. Wednesday a Prairie Falcon was just north of Royal Lake, Columbia NWR, in Grant County.
