Eastern Gray Squirrels are quite common in Spokane and
probably occur within a five radius of the city
limits. Although I haven't seen them beyond this
range, it is possible that they may occur in isolated
pockets outside of this radius.

As far as I know, there are no Eastern Fox Squirrels
in the Spokane area. Our native Red Squirrel is doing
quite nicely in the forested areas beyond the radius
of Spokane.
